GARY - For the 3rd straight
year, Commissioner Rudy Clay and staff delivered hundreds of gifts to 10
nursing homes and senior citizen homes. Clay also continued his program
of giving hundreds of "Toys to Kids that Santa Claus Forgot, (but God
Remembered)."
Clay said that "it is better to give than receive, and it is a good
feeling to bring smiles to senior citizens and children," and he will
continue this program for the fourth year in 2003. |
